Good Pair Days Wine Advent Calendar 2022 – 12 Days of Wine

When Good Pair Days said they were releasing a wine advent calendar I knew I had to give it a go!

In your wine advent calendar you’ll get 12 bottles with the options of Reds, Chillables or a mix of both! I went for the Chillables which is a mix of Rose, White and Sparkling.

You also got the wine chiller and 2 insulated champagne flutes as an extra free gift.

Funkstille Grüner Veltliner 2021 – Austria

I don’t drink much white wine these days as it doesn’t love me very much but this one was really good. I for sure could have had it without lemonade which is a rare occurance!

This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards light bodieddry, with high acidityvery fruitylow tanninsmedium alcohol and no oak.

My Rating 5 / 5

This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards light bodiedlow sweetness, with high aciditysome fruitinesslow tanninsmedium alcohol and no oak.

I’m not going to lie this is probably going to stay undrunk for quite some time but when I eventually drink it I will update what I thought!

Aubert & Mathieu ‘Palooza’ Rosé 2021 – France

I liked this one, I probably could have drank it without lemonade too.

Dominio de Punctum ’99 Rosas’ Chardonnay Blend 2021 – Spain

I tried this sparkling one and although it was nice enough I do like to add lemonade which made it abit flat weirdly!
