We do struggle for accomodation that will sleep all 6 of us without it costing a small fortune. But as we were flying from Newcastle on an early flight we did have to find somewhere to stay. I found CityWest Apartments on booking.com and booked with them.

It was a grand total of… £99! Absolute bargain for us to just be able to grab some sleep before our flight so we couldn’t really say no!
Although there isn’t any allocated parking we didn’t have any trouble getting a space right outside the apartments. It is a busy road but there were plenty of spaces available on the road and also down the side roads either side of the apartment building.
The apartment building is accessed via the courtyard and has a code to enter both the main door and the apartment.
It is very spacious, even for the 7 of us with a large bathroom and a good sized lounge / kitchen area. We didn’t use the kitche but it was well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering stay.
The bedroom has a double bed and 2 singles and a further double sofa bed in the lounge. The beds were comfy, the apartment was warm and clean. It was perfect for us and we would definitely stay at CityWest Apartments again if we were flying from Newcastle.
