After lots of health problems last year I saw a post for Veganuary – after reading it I thought it would be a good challenge to start the year off!
For those who aren’t familiar with Vegan diets, these completely exclude any animal products not just meat. For me not having dairy is actually quite simple as I don’t eat cheese or milk based products anyway, this is the part most people miss.
I’m not sure I’ll manage the month but I’m going to give it a pretty good go!
So look out for lots of very confusing meal ideas and follow my journey to (hopefully) losing a stone and feeling much better.
