Boulevard Hotel Blackpool

When we were able to grab a child free weekend last year we stayed in the beautiful Boulevard Hotel Blackpool. The weather wasn’t on our side but we weren’t going to let that dampen our spirits or ruin our weekend

Where is the Boulevard Hotel Blackpool?

It is located right next to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, you couldn’t get much closer if you tried!

Parking is located right underneath ‘The Big One’ rollercoaster of Blackpool Pleasure beach. It is £10 when you book direct (Midday to Midday) or £18 if you book through a 3rd party booking site.

Spaces are limited but we didn’t have any problem getting one when we arrived.

Our Room

We stayed in a Deluxe King Room with Park View on the Adults Only floor. No under 18s are allowed on this floor, not even babies in cots.

Our park view was great and you could really hear all the people screaming on the big one (if you want quiet in the daytime, this probably isn’t the room for you!) The park closes at 6pm so it was fine in the evenings.

We had an extra-large double bed (181-210 cm wide) and it was super comfortable.

Dressing area

The room comes with a seperate dressing area with some really good lighting, perfect for doing hair and make up.

In the wardrobe area you’ll find an iron, ironing board, branded dressing gowns and disposable slippers and a hairdryer.

The tea tray was well stocked with tea, coffee and Gazs favourites – Shortbread biscuits!

The safe is the room is pretty big too and located in the drawer of the wardrobe. It would easily accomodate my MacBook Air.

The bathroom was beautiful and clean and comes with a double sink vanity a good sized bath and individual mini sized toiletries.

Free Fruit

On our floor by the lift there is a fruit bowl which is refilled daily which we thought was a really cute addition to the stay.

The Boulevard Blackpool also offers dining in their on site restaurant we didn’t eat here as we wanted to venture out but it was very busy and booking is advised.

We had a really lovely stay and we would definitely stay again.
