First go with my Slimming world cookbook tonight – Moroccan Lamb and cous cous was my recipe of choice 🙂
It suggested it was approx 25 mins to prep and cook which probably wasnt far off and its fairly straightforward to do – measured it all in one jug cooked in all in one pan and prepped the cous cous in a bowl so minimal washing up too (winner!)
It would easily feed 4-5 with the recipe in the book – personally Im not overly a fan (but I’m not a fan of tomatos so found it a bit over powering) but my hubby really liked it so i will definitely make it again for him
