Love it or hate it you cant avoid Valentines day – the day for every couple to pretend they love each other more than any other couple in the world! (don’t forget we saw the facebook statuses the other week when you hated each other!)

We all know it’s commercially brilliant marketing but we fall for it every year – we just can’t help ourselves – the cards, chocolates, flowers and other generally useless rubbish we swap with our partners. It falls between my birthday and our wedding anniversary so it’s an expensive month for us!

But if you are looking for something different for Valentines this year I highly recommend trying out the 100 dates scratch off list poster – Gaz and I have been (Very slowly) working our way through it over the last couple of years and just makes choosing something to do a little more interesting.
There are a few different options available ove on Amazon – we have the red one but I’m sure they are all equally as fun!
And for all the poor singletons Valentines a harsh reminder that they should be all loved up and being single isn’t ok! (I disagree being single is way better!) In fact my single friends are far happier than my coupled off ones – so Happy Valentines Day people 🙂
