If you know us you will know we love Ounce in Worcester and we were excited to try out the new branch over in Bishampton.

You’ll find Ounce inside the Dolphin on Main Street, parking is available around the back of the venue. It took us around 25-30 minutes from St Johns with some lovely views on the way.

With an internal decor in a similar style to the Worcester branch you’ll find familiar touches. Bishampton is more spacious than the Worcester branch but also a slightly more ‘pub’ feel than Worcester.

If you are familiar with the Ounce in Worcester you’ll not be surprised to see all your favourites also on offer at Ounce Bishampton.

Daily offers :
£1 an ounce on Tuesday and Wednesday
£30 16oz Chateaubriand Sharer
Butchers Roast Sunday

and they have also been offering Beef Wellington once a month on the last Saturday. We haven’t been around for one of these weekends yet but Gaz is very excited to try it.

Gaz also said he never gets featured in my posts even though he is usually with me. So here is Gaz also looking forward to a childfree lunch!

We of course went on one of the ‘pound an ounce’ days, because why not?! Gaz also had to test out the cauliflower cheese (he swears it is the best he has ever had, I’m happy to just believe him on that one)

The steak was beautiful (we expected no less!) and cooked to perfection.

Seating options

Ounce Bishampton also offers a small selection of outdoor seating, for the odd occasion we get outdoor dining weather.

I really loved this little touch above the fire place too just to remind you they are in Worcester too!

We expected no less than Ounce Bishampton to be just as good as Worcester and we weren’t disappointed. Gaz is just looking forward to getting his hands on one of the Beef Wellingtons!
