Holly was super excited when it became her turn to have her own room decorated, she is an absolute unicorn lover! Luckily we weren’t short of places to find Unicorn Bedroom Ideas that every little girl dreams of
Her criteria was everything needed to be pink and / or have a unicorns on it, luckily a unicorn rooms are really popular at the moment so we didn’t struggle fulfilling her brief of unicorn decorations!

Holly absolutely loves these curtains with rainbow and unicorn prints.
They have eyelets so can go straight onto the curtain pole and curtain hooks aren’t required (we much prefer this style)
The super bright unicorn pattern design is really cute, perfect for a kid’s bedroom
However, they are advertised as Blackout curtains and as you can see, they are not.

Glitter – tick, Unicorns – tick and rainbows – tick! It’s not difficult to see why Holly chose this wallpaper! It’s beautiful (and comes in 3 different background colours!)
It went up really well and only had a minimal match so there wasn’t much wastage either.
The rolls calculator was spot on for what we needed too so we didn’t have to guess and end up over or under buying.

Sass & Belle Unicorn Carpet Floor Mat : Amazon
A kid’s bedroom isn’t complete without a cute mat or rug it’s a fun way to finish off the room.
This white and pink unicorn carpet mat from Sass & Belle is so sweet AND it was less than £10! It’s really soft with a non slip backing.
It measures approx L 60 cm x H 64 cm. It’s a real cute addition to any Unicorn bedroom!
Unicorn Wall Light : Moonlit Woods
This business actually commented on my insta post asking for bedroom accessory recommendations and Holly saw this and loved it!
This unicorn head light hangs on the wall and is operated by a pull cord. It is battery powered so can be hung anywhere.
So if you ever wonder whether it’s worth commenting on peoples posts if you have something relevant, it absolutely is!

Unicorn Light Surround : Amazon
I thought this was a really cute little extra for the unicorn theme – a bedroom light switch. It is self adhesive and cut to the size of a standard light switch.
You can get loads of different designs but as this one also has a rainbox it was perfect!
Bubble String Lights : PatPat
I know I talk about PatPat a lot with the clothes you can buy from there but they actually do a lot of other items too?
These colorful rainbow pastel ‘fairy cotton ball’ string lights go perfectly along the head board and the soft shades make a great night light for Holly.

Wooden Doll House Book Shelf : Amazon
This was one of my pricier purchases but I absolutely loved it. It is a doll house shaped book shelf, although you could also use it as an actual dolls house with books just on one shelf if you wanted to make it multi purpose
It is the perfect addition to a child’s bedroom it is really sturdy, I have moved it around several times and it has held up perfectly.
It’s quite tall and will hold a lot of books! Approx measurements – L82 x D30 x H106cm
