I’ve been following cwp for a few months now with varying levels of commitment 😂
But I realised I really needed to get my shit together and get back on it. I always get stuck at 11.8-12 stone this must be where my body is comfortable!
So Yesterday I committed to the #one2onedietchallenge – 30 days to lose whatever you set yourself (I have gone with 14lbs as it makes it a nice round number!)
I already weigh myself daily so I will share this every morning on my Facebook story so feel free to follow me here
