Today was not an on plan kind of day. Ive had a pretty shit week. And as usual I turned to food for comfort. Did it make me feel better? No not really, it just made me feel sick and know ill be disappointed when I get on the scales at the end of the week (Im not going to lie this dinner was pretty awesome though 🙈) but it didnt fix my problems and it wont make it all go away! Tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to get back on track ❤❤
