With Stitch Fix leaving the UK (Boooo!) I set out to find a replacement! Outfittery launched around the same time Stitch Fix closed (and they’ve now sold all their customer data to Outfittery too….)

They are a Berlin based company and I wanted to be one of the first to try them out!

What is Outfittery?

Outfittery is a subscription based styling box, much like StitchFix and Lookiero. From my experience they don’t have the best website and the customer experience is abit disjointed but they are new to the UK.

How much does Outfittery cost?

Much like the other boxes the cost depends on what you buy. Delivery and returns are free of charge. They don’t however offer a discount for keeping all the box which is a shame.

They do give you the option to get regular boxes or you can just choose no thanks!

Preview

As with the other boxes you do get a preview. The main difference with Outfittery is you can click replace and choose an alternative item right away, or leave a comment against it.

What I didn’t realise is they will send you ALL of these items (unless you dismiss them) I thought it would be like the others where they would add additional items if you had said no to some of the preview.

You can click into each item and it gives you the prices which is quite handy as I could quickly rule something out if it was out of my price range.

Of course because they were sending so many items the box was HUGE!! It was also very heavy. But it does come all branded which is pretty cute.

I’m going to start this by saying, I forgot to take photos. So these are all screenshots from the video so apologies for my face!

Outfit 1

Coat XL £50
I am not really a coat wearer and to be honest this was more like a dressing gown. It wasn’t very thick and it didn’t have any sort of button to hold it closed, just the waist tie.

Cardigan XL £69.99
This was probably my 2nd favourite item from this box. It was a really heavy knit with chunky buttons but I just couldn’t justify the £70 price tag.

Boots Size 37 £70
These were cute and had a sparkly heel but again I couldn’t really justify £70 on another pair of boots when I already have 5 pairs in the wardrobe.

Outfit 2

Black Dress XL £35
This dress was nice enough but nothing special and was just a thin stretchy fabric.

Green Dress XL £30
I really liked this one, but it looked terrible on me! Maybe with some big pull me in pants it might have looked better but I decided to return it.

Outfit 3

Tshirt XL £24.99
This was a horrid slinky fabric and as you can see it was really see through! I didn’t like the feel of it at all.

Jumper XL £59.99
Again I quite liked this jumper but just so expensive at £60!

Trousers 42 £40
Not really sure what the ’42’ referred too as they clearly aren’t a 42″ waist? Unfortunately they had a massive hole in along the seam on the front so they had to be returned. They were super comfy though and reminded me of the flares I used to wear to school.

Outfit 4

Hoodie XL £69.99
This hoodie was my absolute favourite thing from the box. It was so cosy and I loved the colour! I just couldn’t spend £70 on yet another hoodie when I actually never wear them

Trainers 37 £109.99
They seemed comfy enough but £110 on a pair of trainers is utterly ridiculous when I can still buy childrens ones for £30.

What I recommend Outfittery?

I did send everything back from this box as there wasn’t really anything I loved and with no discount for keeping a certain amount there was no real incentive to keep anything.
