Tui Sensatori Atlantica Dreams Resort and Spa Hotel is located in Gennadi Rhodes, just south of Kiotari. It is approx 1hr 10 mins drive from the airport.
I have so much to share about this hotel I have had to write several posts about it so you can also read Gennadi Water Sports, A la carte restaurants and Activities at Atlantica Dreams

Below you will see me refer to 2 different apps which you should definitely download before you arrive.
Tui Blue App – This is where you will book all your activities, kids club and see what entertainment is on.
Atlantica Hotels App – This is where you will book your a la carte restaurants and find the menus, spa information etc.
Location
Atlantica Dreams is located around an hour away from Rhodes International Airport Diagoras. The Tui transfer states a transfer time of around 1.5-2 hours which allows for the pick up / drop offs at other resorts along the way.
Birmingham Airport
Birmingham is not our favourite airport. It always feels very chaotic and there is nowhere to sit. It is also worth knowing they have no tannoy announcements you have to watch the boards. Which were nowhere near anywhere that we could find to sit!
But we did find this cool children’s area with different activities to do.
Flights
We flew with Tui as part of our package deal. All was looking good. That was until a passenger didn’t turn up to board but had checked in luggage. So we had to wait while they unloaded ALL the bags trying to find the missing passengers luggage.
This of course meant we missed our take off slot so were delayed around 40 minutes waiting for the next one.
Transfer
Originally it was suggested the transfer would be around 2 hours and we did contemplate a private transfer. That was until it came up at £600!
As our flight was delayed our transfer changed to only 1 other drop off and was only about 1hr 15, so glad we didn’t pay out for a private one now as it would have only been marginally quicker.
The coach had definitely seen better days! But it was fine other that this. Thankfully the coach wasn’t full so we could all spread out and Holly and Oscar both had a nap.
Check in
One of our travel tips is : if a group of you are traveling together, chose one adult to go straight into the hotel and check in while the others wait for the luggage. We were checked in and off to our room before half the coach had even sorted their bags out!
We had 2 rooms which I will tell you more about later on but we had put in a request for them to at least be near each other if possible. We were allocated the room above our swim up so it was perfect for us.
Our room(s)
6012 Family Swim Up With Sliding Door Divider
Our main room featured a double bed with 2 single beds, sectioned off by these sliding double doors.
It meant we had a bit of privacy from the kids and they felt like they had their own room too. The door out to the pool had a latch on it that even I struggled to open so there wasn’t a worry they would be able to get out in the night.
The fridge was stocked up on arrival and refilled daily (for free) We didn’t use any of the coffee etc but I’m sure you could ask for more of those also.
In the wardrobe area you. could find robes, slippers, iron and ironing board along with plenty of hanging space and drawers.
In the bathroom there are more robes, towels and toiletries.
This system was quite cool – inside your room (ours was next to the bed) we could control all the lights from this switch, including some different presets. You could also indicate whether you wanted your room cleaned or not (which lit up the panel outside)
Our swim up pool was shared with 4 rooms including ours, but we had it to ourselves for the first few days as those rooms were empty!
6112 Family Room With Balcony and Sliding Door Divider
The upstairs room was exactly the same as ours but instead of a swim up they had this cool glass balcony.
Oscar soon made himself at home on the lounger beanbags admiring the views over the ruins and sea.
Tots entertainment
Entertainment for the smaller ones is downstairs in the Show Lounge from 7.30-8.30 every night.
The first show is aimed at preschoolers and the second is for slightly older ones.
The first show, Blue Tots, is filled with singing, dancing and a selection of woodland puppets to engage the tiny guests.
They also sign along to what they are saying which is lovely to see, these shows were mainly done by Sophia, Dan and Joana.
Tui T-bots characters (Buffer, Cookie & Tui 3000) Chloe wasn’t impressed I made her have a photo with the characters when we picked up our killer darts champion certificate,
Movie nights
Sophie and Ella were doing face painting and glitter tattoos while the movie was on and free popcorn was dished out too.
Adult entertainment
Quiz – Interactive quiz via the app real mixed bag of general knowledge from Rock bands to Disney Movies and you win a Tui Beach Bag if you finish top of the board after 20 questions
Each night this was followed by a show, the piano bar also had a mix of singers or live music performances.
Swimming pools & Snack bars
Relax pool 16+ only
Obviously we had zero time allocated to relaxing and therefore did not even get a chance to look at this pool let alone use it, but it’s there for those who can!
Activity pool
Our room was alongside the activity pool and to be honest you would never have know. You can read more about the activities on my other post
Main Pool
We didn’t spend much time here, just one day for a very brief ‘pool party’ but it does have the best snack bar.
Kuzina Swim up bar and snacks
Gaz had lunch here almost every day, Gyros is his absolute favourite!
It’s really cool that you can see into the pool through the glass panels
Waterpark & Splash pad
This has to be one of the best parts of this hotel. It says it is across the road but it is actually part of the hotel there is just an access road between the reception and where this is located.
It is open 10-2 & 3-6
Pirate Ship Playground
Main buffet restaurants
The main restaurant is bursting with choice every single day. I never struggled to find something to eat and I am the fussiest person around.
Atlantica Dreams à la carte restaurants
I have done a separate post for the à la carte restaurants as there was a lot of information and photos you can find it here: Atlantica Dreams à la carte restaurants
Sports & Coffee bar
Located by the sports courts and water park is the sports bar. They stream live sports (although not the premier league?) and have a pool table.
Loads of seating both inside and out, it’s perfect for letting the kids run about while you grab a drink.
They had a selection of hot drinks available, along with soft drinks and some limited alcoholic options. Cakes, doughnuts and greek yoghurt is also found here (the vanilla cake is SO good, I pretty much lived on it all week)
Downstairs there are toilets, showers (with toiletries) and luggage storage rooms.
Gym
There is a fully equipped gym and you can even book a free 1-2-1 personal trainer session
Spa & Indoor pool
Beach
Watersports
You can find out more about this on my jet ski post – they accept card or cash and you can book on the day or in advance.
Anniversary celebrations
Weddings
Every dreamed of a wedding (almost) on the beach? Well look no further because Atlantica Dreams offers wedding packages. We were lucky enough that one was going ahead while we were there so I could grab some photos.
Kids club
I have noticed since Covid that kids clubs sessions seem to be getting shorter and shorter. Atlantica Dreams offers 2 sessions a day and a once a week evening party (extra cost)
They did do quite a lot with them though including a sports day, walking over to the ruins and taking them to the park so they of course loved it!
Ruins
As always I am happy to answer questions and there are lots more videos over on tiktok.
