I stumbled across Reposed when I was searching for new beauty boxes and I knew I had to give it a go! I love finding new books to read (here’s all my 2021 reads) and I love new subscription boxes – perfect combo for me!
You have a couple of subscription options with Reposed
1 – Ordering a single box where you can choose your items (this is what I did to try it out and would make a great gift for avid readers)
or
2 – Sign up for a monthly subscription
Again you have a few options for the monthly subscription box
Rolling monthly – £12.95 a month
Three months – £40 (£13.33 a month)
Six months – £80 (£13.33 a month)
Twelve months – £155 (£12.92 a month)
Your subscription will include a paperback book of the month (they only send new title releases so they shouldn’t be something you’ve already read) and then between 3 and 5 themed goodies to create your perfect reading experience.
Whats in the box?
As I went for the build your own bundle I did get to choose what I wanted from the book selections from best-selling authors they have available – I chose the book – Everything I never told you by Celeste NG (She is also the author of Little Fires everywhere, which I haven’t read but is now on my reading list after reading this one!) I have done a longer review of the book over on my Books of 2021 post.
But in brief, I loved this book , it made me cry several times and I will be looking for more books from Celeste to read. It was a really sad story but really well written and overall a really good book
I also chose this Dark Chocolate with Raspberry filling (mainly because it was Alice in Wonderland themed) and it was delicious, so rich, I love Dark chocolate and no one else does so it’s guaranteed no one will steal it!
Dragonfly Tea was a surprise option I do like herbal teas so will give these a try although I am wary there may be cinnamon in them from the description!
I also choose these 2 journals – Five minutes in the morning and The Anxiety Journal.
Five Minutes in the morning – £12.99
WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO YOU TODAY?
What if five minutes could change your routine and change your day? What if you checked in with how you are feeling for just those few minutes, maybe sitting down over that cup of coffee or tea, or quietly sitting by the window before you head towards the shower?
Writing things down has been shown to help people more successfully achieve their dreams and goals. It is a way to help us focus on what matters, prioritise what we are going to do for the day ahead and track our progress. Five Minutes in the Morning offers a beautiful space and creative exercises to encourage reflection and intention setting at the start of the day.
ALL IT TAKES IS FIVE MINUTES IN THE MORNING.
The Anxiety Journal – £7.50
While some forms of anxiety are natural, even helpful, anxiety disorders can lead you into a spiral of stress and worry, and interfere with your everyday life.
Practical, supportive and uplifting, this is a journal for anyone who struggles with anxiety, whether in the form of phobias, social anxiety, generalised anxiety (GAD) or day-to-day worrying. Beautifully illustrated by Marcia Mihotich, The Anxiety Journal by Corinne Sweet encourages you to use CBT techniques and mindfulness exercises to help you better understand your anxiety and help you to achieve peace and calm.
Whether you’re awake at 4am unable to turn off those racing thoughts, or struggling to get yourself together before a presentation, The Anxiety Journal will help to soothe stress and reduce worry, identify negative thought-cycles, and provide you with techniques to combat anxiety wherever you are.
I am excited to put these to use and hopefully ease my anxiety and give me a bit of focus in the mornings.
This is a great way for book lovers to discover new authors and the fun extras are a nice tough. Although I do read alot on my kindle now nothing will ever beat having physical books in your hand.
