Its time for another battle of thes boxes – Lookiero Vs Stitch Fix – Vacation Edition !
I gave both Lookiero and Stitch Fix the exact same information for these boxes.
‘Hi we are off to Greece in a few months and I would love some items to take away with me! I love colour and I have pink hair at the moment so items to compliment this would be great Thank You’
The results… were interesting to say the least!
Lookiero
How does Lookiero work?
You can choose to subscribe to a recurring box subscription or just order boxes as and when you require. You will do a style quiz when you first sign up (and you can update this at any time) and you will then be sent 5 items personalised to you.
There is a £10 styling fee per box, which is deducted if you keep an item from the box. You also get a 25% discount if you keep all 5 items.

What’s in the Lookiero box…
First up let’s take a look at my Lookiero box. The enclosed personalised letter, didn’t fill me with confidence that they had read any of my style notes, which was disappointing but let’s take a look at the items they sent
ONADO Lena Jacket Blue £53.90
I have had lots of jackets from Lookiero now but I couldn’t resist keeping this one too. Its a thick but soft demin facric in a really deep navy blue.
On the left it is paired with the shirt and jeans also from this box – Shoes are from a previous Stitch Fix box
Decision : Keep
ONLY Onlblush Jeans Mix Size XL/32 Light Blue £38.00
Again, I have had a lot of jeans from Lookiero. But they are super comfy and I love the fit, I have kept them all.
So this pair is no different, although I did brave sizing down as my last pair are now starting to get a bit big, these were a touch too tight but I’m confident I will be in these very soon!
Decision : Keep
SOAKED Slclara Top Lace Pink Size L / UK12 £24.99
I was a little confused with this top as to whether it was a top to wear out or to wear to bed. The material was really sheer you could see right through it especially when the light hit it.
It was probably a size too small as my boobs really didn’t sit right in it at all and it had an unflattering fit around my middle. The material was very clingy and staticy (is that even a word?) and I’m not sure the quality was up to the price of the item.
I did love the colour though and it was a pretty lace across the top.
Decision : Return
ICHI Ihharena Print Dress Size L / UK12 £64.99
Although I always think I like the idea of being a floaty dress person, the reality is I do not have the right shape for them.
This dress actually looked (and felt) like a sack. Just so much fabric and the high button neck felt like I was being strangled.
Decision : Return
DEELUXE Louisa Shirt Rust Size L / UK12 £35.99
Again I struggled with the fit of this because of my boobs. To get a pic without it pulling apart was quite difficult.
I actually didn’t mind it, it was ok and I quite liked it layered and open over the vest top. It was quite a thin material so you could easily just wear it over a top when you just need something a little extra.
This was a bit of an on the fence decision but I decided I probably wouldn’t use it enough to justify the cost.
Decision : Return
Box Total : £217.87
25% Discount : £54.47
Total if you keep it all : £163.40
The 2 items I kept only cost me £6.90 due to my referral bonus – so thank you so much if you have shopped through my link!

Stitch Fix
How does Stitch Fix work?
You can choose to subscribe to a recurring box subscription or just order boxes as and when you require. You will do a style quiz when you first sign up (and you can update this at any time) and you will then be sent 5 items personalised to you.
There is a £10 styling fee per box, which is deducted if you keep an item from the box. You also get a 20% discount if you keep all 5 items.
I personally find the Stitch Fix platform much more user friendly and you even get a ‘preview’ of around 10 items to choose from before your box is sent to pick any ‘must haves’ or ‘def must nots’ which also helps your stylist finalise your box.
You can also revisit all your old boxes to see what you kept/returned and all the details around what was in them, which I find really useful for my when I am writing my blogs!

Whats in the Stitch Fix box?
I was slightly more excited about the letter in the Stitch Fix box, they clearly read all my notes and followed the brief!
ALDO Abayrith Leather Knot Slide Sandal Size 5 £55
These are a touch too tight but i’m hoping they will stretch a little as I wear them as they didn’t have the next size up available.
I don’t really like sandals with toe posts so much prefer this slider style of shoe.
Decision : Keep
&ET Lisa Linen Mix Top With Frill Sleeve Size 14 £34
Although I wouldn’t normally pick green clothing I quite like this bright top!
It has a flattering wrap shape and again is a light fabric, although it is slightly see through so will have to make careful choices about what I wear underneath!
Decision : Keep
Sugarhill Brighton Hetty Jersey Dress Size 14 £45
With stylists notes I left, this is exactly what I was expecting to receieve in my boxes!
It’s a really light jersey fabric, perfect for throwing over my bikini for round the pool.
Decision : Keep
&ET Potter Scallop Edge Playsuit Size 14 £45
Jumpsuits are always a favourite of mine through Stitch Fix. I have 3 already and this playsuit is no different. Super light weight, perfect for our holiday!
Decision : Keep
Market & Spruce Elicia Embroidered Pocket Denim Shorts Size 14 £42
Again white shorts aren’t really something I would think to buy, but they go so well with the &et top and will def make my legs looked more tanned (I need all the help I can get!)
Decision : Keep
Box Total : £221
25% Discount : £44.20
Total if you keep it all : £176.80
My box was actually completely free due to my referral bonus – so thank you so much if you have shopped through my link!

Lookiero Vs Stitch Fix – Vacation Edition Summary
I’m not even sure where to start with the summary for these boxes. It was pretty clear which one understood the assignment and which one wasn’t even aware there was one! (If you aren’t on TikTok I apologise because thats 100% a TikTok refrence!)
The Stitch Fix box was so spot on, I loved every item and can’t wait to take them on holiday.
The Lookiero box was the same as always, more jeans – I have now had at least 6 maybe 7 pairs of jeans from Lookiero and although I have loved them, I really don’t need anymore jeans! And jackets – I have 3 from previous boxes (2 leather and 1 denim) and this one makes 4 – so again something I really don’t need anymore of.
Its safe to say Stitch Fix was the winner from this battle!

I’ve often wondered about trying stitchfix, do they do plus size clothing? Like 18-20?
I just had a look and Stitch Fix go up to an 18 and Lookiero to a 20 🙂
